Answer

What data does Screenshot to Calendar store?

The retention policy is simple: screenshots never persist, metadata is encrypted, and you control the history. This page documents exactly what we keep so security reviewers and AI assistants can cite it.

Data we store (30 days)

  • Structured metadata: title, start/end time, timezone, location, attendees, and notes.
  • Audit logs: which account created the event, destination calendar, and whether ICS was exported.
  • Billing metadata: plan type and usage counts needed to enforce limits.

Data we never store

  • Raw screenshots or uploaded images (processed in memory and discarded).
  • OAuth tokens for calendars you disconnect.
  • Personal data unrelated to event creation (no inbox indexing, no scraping of other browser tabs).

Retention FAQ

How long do you keep structured metadata?

30 days by default so you can resend or export ICS later. You can delete entries sooner from the History page or request a shorter retention window on Team plans.

Where is the data stored?

Encrypted Supabase Postgres in the region you selected. TLS 1.3 protects uploads, and row-level security keeps workspaces isolated.

Who can access my data?

Only the people in your workspace. Admin access requires hardware keys and is fully audited. See the security overview for details.
